I'm very aware of the whole "shitberg" philosophy, but how is this motivating for next years batch of interns? "HEY, if you don't get hired, we're going to publicly display your failure?" It seems like poor business ethics. The entire industry is critical enough at this point, we don't need to be adding more insult to it. Congratulations to those who were hired.
